How V2 tools handle data

All calculations run in the browser. Game size, internet speed, drive space, hardware selections, and platform features are not submitted to GameKitly. The release countdown widget reads the official date from the same data layer that powers each game's Hub page.

Verified-only principles

V2 tools follow the same editorial standard as the rest of GameKitly. Hardware score estimates come from publicly available benchmark aggregates, not from independent testing. PC requirement comparisons use published specification tiers. Frames-per-second estimates are labelled as estimates, not as benchmark results.

Coverage

V2 tools cover all 10 tracked games — Phantom Blade Zero, Fable, Witchbrook, Light No Fire, ARK 2, and 5 more. Each game has a dedicated Can I Run This Game? page. Games without official PC requirements still have a tool page that returns "Awaiting data" instead of inventing an an unknown tier.

These V2 tools support planning and comparison. They do not replace publisher announcements, independent benchmarks, internet-provider terms, or platform compatibility checks. See the GameKitly editorial policy for the full standard.
