Can my PC run Phantom Blade Zero?
Start with the requirements that are easiest to overlook: confirm Windows is 64-bit, check the exact CPU model, compare the dedicated GPU and VRAM with the listed tier, and install the game on an SSD. The official listing does not claim that every PC above the minimum tier will reach a fixed frame rate.
The published 1080p/30 FPS and 1440p/60 FPS notes are useful reference targets with upscaling enabled. They are not an independent benchmark of every possible PC build.
Minimum vs recommended: what changes?

Does Phantom Blade Zero require an SSD?
Yes. The official Steam listing says an SSD installation is required in both the minimum and recommended configurations. A hard-drive installation should not be treated as supported simply because the CPU or GPU meets the listed tier.
