Deadlock is built on Valve's Source 2 engine and distributed exclusively through Steam. There is no Epic Games Store or standalone launcher version announced.
The Steam listing lists a minimum tier (i5-6600 / Ryzen 3 1300X / GTX 1050 Ti / 8 GB) and a recommended tier (i7-8700 / Ryzen 5 3600 / GTX 1660 Super / 16 GB). See the full PC requirements page.
